On October 28, 2023, and December 2, 2023, the ECOViP Project member group from Nha Trang University sequentially conducted comprehensive workshops aimed at disseminating knowledge on entrepreneurship within the ECOViP project - Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Ecotourism to support sustainable development in Vietnam and the Philippines.

The first workshop on October 28, 2023, themed " Teaching Entrepreneurship in Higher Education: Approach and Good Practices " witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 80 lecturers and students. The workshop focused on introducing the Base Business Creation Model as a framework for developing entrepreneurship ideas. Attendees benefited from insights into practical methods for effectively presenting ideas, products, or services to potential investors, and collaborative research discussed during the training session at Alicante University (Spain). Participants engaged in fruitful discussions regarding the implementation of the project's online course on entrepreneurship. Additionally, plans were outlined for organizing a student entrepreneurship competition in 2024.

On December 2, 2023, the second full-day workshop unfolded under the theme " Creating and Presenting Entrepreneurship Ideas in Ecotourism " drawing the active participation of over 50 students. Building upon the foundation laid in Workshop 1, this session delved deeper into the practical aspects of nurturing startup ideas. Students engaged in hands-on exercises that involved identifying needs and opportunities within the tourism market. Through these exercises, they formulated products and solutions tailored to meet identified needs, subsequently presenting their group's business ideas.

These workshops serve as more than a platform for ECOViP Project members to share knowledge and skills acquired during their training endeavors. They also act as a vital bridge, bringing the project's activities closer to students. This interaction serves as a foundational step for the implementation of online courses and innovative entrepreneurship competitions scheduled for 2024 and 2025.
